Our Quality Service Certification program is a critical measurement of the authenticity of Your V.I.P. Experience and your satisfaction with us.
We are proud to be the first major independent residential real estate company in New Jersey where our Sales Associates have voluntarily agreed to have their service performance monitored, measured and rated by a third-party company.
After your closing, a survey will be sent to you. You will be asked to rate your Sales Associate, Prudential New Jersey Properties and the service we provided. Please look for the QSC Survey, fill it out and return it as soon as you can.
The ratings are earned and maintained by meeting or exceeding a standard of ongoing quality service for each transaction based on input provided by clients like you.
